Mining enterprises are energy intensive facilities. The capacity of single technological units can reach 5 MW. Variable-frequency drive systems often used to set them in motion. paper analyzes the features choosing and using variable-frequency drives under diamond mining conditions. study objective is formulate formalize problems introducing operating at diamond-mining further develop implement guidelines for improving performance this type. To achieve objective, use variable frequency various process should be studied analyzed. considered, which recent years, electric have been groundlessly (according authors) chosen by engineering staff enterprises.
